What is your company philosophy?
Our philosophy is simple. We strive to provide the best service at a cost that is affordable. We believe that we have a responsibility to assist others to do good and that we should be willing to charge less to those who may need help the most, but have very limited resources. We are also "teachers" not just "doers" and willing to help you learn to complete work that does not require our expertise.
What are your fees?
Our basic fees are lower than most and very affordable for any nonprofit. Because our philosophy is to give back to small and start-up nonprofits we partner with, we reduce our fees by up to 50% for organizations with very small revenue and budgets. Most contracts will include a maximum number of hours we will bill for the project so you can plan your budget accordingly. Our goal is, to always complete the project under the maximum hours, thereby keeping the cost below the maximum agreed amount.
How do I get a partnership started?
Every project starts with a meeting with your team. This meeting is a discovery session for us all. We will go over all aspects of the desired project, including; timelines, expectations, persons involved, and resources. After the meeting we will produce a detailed project proposal for your consideration. The proposal will include outcomes and all anticipated fees and expenses. There is no cost for an initial project meeting and proposal.
